a charitable organization under the IRS section 501(c)(3).
The
Foundation is "dedicated to preserving the history
and legacy of Rearwin Airplanes", and
uses donated funds for:

Rearwin owners and museums to restore Rearwin and Commonwealth aircraft

of historical drawings and documents to help Rearwin owners maintain

site as a central hub for Rearwin owners and enthusiasts

to produce books, software, and other materials that assist Rearwin
owners and promote awareness of Rearwin history

associated with events and materials to inspire and promote interest
in Rearwin Airplanes
