Several of the Rearwin family members have contributed to the establishment of the R. A. Rearwin scholarship in conjunction with the San Diego Aerospace Museum. The scholarship is a one-time gift in the amount of $2,500 offered to San Diego high school students who are pursuing college careers in fields that are related to aerospace or flight.
